We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven, and proactive Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid advertising on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms, with a proven track record of consistently delivering strong ROI. A commitment to continuous improvement is essential.

  • Strategic Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Paid Campaign Management:
    • Design, set up, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments and optimizations to budgets, bids, and targeting.
    • A/B test various ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to continuously improve results.
  • Performance Optimization & Analysis:
    • Consistently track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates).
    • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to derive actionable insights.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Gather feedback from sales and other relevant teams to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct ongoing research into market trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
    • Monitor competitor activities and advertising strategies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Develop and implement proactive strategies to respond to market shifts and competitive pressures.
  • Creativity & Innovation:
    • Bring new ideas to campaigns and explore experimental techniques to increase reach and engagement.
