Oversee and guide team members in executing strategies and moderating community groups.
Build and nurture a strong relationship between the project and its communities on X, Discord, and beyond, responding to comments, resolving disputes, and engaging with users.
Keep the community up to date with the latest product improvements; help the marketing team pinpoint trending topics of engagement for content creation.
Develop and execute growth strategies that attract new users to the project’s community and keep them engaged.
Create, execute, and promote user campaigns, like quests (Galxe, Zealy, QuestN, Layer3), giveaways, and project collaborations.
Curate UGC as well as trending content across various community channels.
Manage a small team of community moderators to cover different regions and time zones, filling language and resource gaps.
Work with influencers, collaborating brands, and ambassadors to enhance community growth.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager in the Crypto/Web3/Blockchain space.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a good understanding of human behavior and motivation.
Deep knowledge of crypto/Web3 culture and preferred platforms (X, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, etc.).
Proven experience in creating innovative strategies to meet engagement and growth goals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals.
