Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the exchange and achieve user growth.
  • Act as a representative of the exchange to build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels for long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies; track and analyze results, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with local industry developments and trends; conduct market research and create strategies when required.
  • Attend events as a representative of the exchange when required; expand the network and generate new leads for the exchange.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a KOL Business Development professional in similar companies or markets.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Japanese speaking proficiency.
